Functionality and vibrant colors

Functionality and vibrant colors

The challenge: A 600 sq.m. office with 40 workstations and a limited budget.

  • Client: IT/Technology sector.
  • Task: Transforming a large, open (Open Space) area of 600 sq.m. into a modern and functional office for 40 employees.
  • Main constraint: minimal budget for interior design and execution, with high requirements for comfort and functional zoning.
  • Additional requirement: Precise coordination between the team, specialists, the landlord, and contractors, without disrupting the workflow.

💡 My solution: Strategic design and budget management

Instead of expensive construction partitions and new furniture, I applied an approach based on creative accents and intelligent zoning. The focus was on achieving a strong visual impact with low investment, preserving resources for key custom elements.

Key strategy
Application and benefit for the client
Functional zoning
Instead of drywall, I used perforated partitions and graphic elements (color accents on walls/floors), to separate areas for relaxation, meetings, and focused work. This created comfort and acoustics without increasing execution costs.
Visual accent through color
We used strategically selected paint and film on existing floors and walls, to inject corporate colors and a modern look. This achieved a “wow” effect with investment in low to mid-range materials.
“Graffiti” art elements
Implementation of graffiti or wall art in relaxation areas. This is a strong visual accent with minimal cost, adding individuality and a creative spirit aligned with the IT sector.
